Zuke Borscht and Stirfry

I added them to my homemade Borscht today, zuchini eggplant stirfry (with onions and garlic from the garden - honey, soya and fish sauce). We had a true international dinner. Russion Borscht, cambodian stirfry and leftover italian zuke lasagne. A pretty picture :)
