Zuke and Scape Stirfry
YUM! Fry chopped garlic and onion in butter. Add soya 1-2 T, then add garlic scapes cut into 1.5 inch pieces, fry for some time. Add 1 teaspoon honey, and throw in sliced zukes for a short time. Serve over rice or on it's own! Delicious! I use the same basic recipe for stir frying green beans, squash and other veggies. I sometimes add a couple of drops of fish sauce to change it up.
