Stuffed zuch!

Ground Pork and Ground Moose 1:2, 1 tablespoon each of oregano, rosemary and thyme , slat and pepper, leftover brown rice. I scooped out seeds and piled it in with some leftover Gazpacho poured over top.......cooked for an hour at 400. It was delicious! (Ignore the burned liquid on the bottom, I got it out just before it was scorched!) Ok that description goes with the bottom photo.

The top photo is stuffed giant (left too long on the vine) patapan or "flying saucer zukes" that my mum made us. Her's is delicious and includes turmeric, more salt than me and other ingredients to be pried out of her......
