Can you say happy geese (and ducks)? They go through a bucket a day!
They'll go for the weeds over the grain hands down.
My research tells me that it is very important to train them to eat what you want them too. They live for a long time and a well trained chinese weeding goose can be a very useful tool on a farm. We have lots of weeds.....I'm hoping this cuts down on some of our labour....
